Iron Mike Tyson would be kool….or how about the always debonair Denny Rodman?
I think you have all missed the boat on this one. The James Bond movies would make the perfect comeback vehicle for Mr. T.
WOW did someone say David Wenham? I’d loooovvee to see David as James Bond. I just… I just would.
*swoon*
Matthew Macfadyen aka Tom Quinn. Yup. He’s the only one. He’ll bring back the franchise from the uncool land of the nearly dead.
Karl Urban would make a great James Bond!!!!!!! I wonder why his name wasn’t thrown into the casting pot. If not, I’m rooting for Clive Owen.
i think someone really zany for the new James Bond role would have to be Owen Wilson. yeah, sure, he’s a complete smart-ass, but it would be nice to bring some of his humor into the series.
I love the idea of Alexis Denisof as Bond. He would be perfect. And he showed in Angel Season 4 that looks incerdible cool in “bullet time” shootouts. Alexis for Bond!
There sure are a lot of opinions out there. My only choice is ADRIAN PAUL. From what I have read, of the finally four 3 are younger and one is older than Mr. Paul. So the report of him being long in the tooth is truly rediculous. Just because an actor is handsome, does not make him the best. Mr. Paul has proven himself as an actor. Like someone said, he’s no Olivier, but he is the man for the job. He has a built in fanbase, who will go to a movie just because he’s in it. Producers! Imagine the worldwide revenue! Ca-ching! You should RUN, not walk, to Mr. Paul’s agent or even him and beg him to be the next James Bond.
i agree with brian! I think that matthew goode would be absolutely spectacular for the role! he is gorgeous and has that amused glint in his eyes that any James Bond should have… He’s not extradordinarily famous but everyone should check him out :]
I agree with having Michael Vartan as James Bond. He would be perfect. He is handsome, sexy and already plays the spy well on Alias. I would actually go see more James Bond movies if he were in it.
THEY HAVE NOW PICKED THIS DANIEL CRAIG PERSON WHO LOOKS LIKE A GEORGIA CRACKER[SORRY,BUT HE DOES]. MY FIRST PICK IS ADRIAN PAUL-HOWEVER HE WILL DO MORE INTERESTING THINGS I THINK-I ALSO THINK ADRIAN PAUL NEEDS A BETTER AGENT. ADRIAN PAUL HAS EXPRESSED THAT HE LIKES THE WORK OF TENNESSEE WILLIAMS-SO WHEN IS HE GOING TO DO REMAKES OF “THE ROSE TATOO” AND “BABY DOLL”? HE WOULD BE FANTASTIC!!
ADRIAN PAUL has got the highest endorsements and I keep wondering why the producers pospone the inevitable…since one day he’ll become Bond. The boxes, specially worldwide, would blast with him as 007, much more than with the new fellow Craig, a disapointing choice, actually.
i think that the best and most realistic person to play james bond by far is jason statham the transporter, his martial arts experties his shear screen presence rise him head and sholders above everyone else being a martial arts expert and a long time in western boxing i know top quality when i see it hes a breath of fresh air keep it up statham
